Amy is the practice manager of New Albany Dental Care. She oversees the day to day running of the practice and is responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, processing insurance claims, coordinating treatment plans, and greeting you with a friendly smile when you arrive at our office. Amy is a member of AADOM (Association of Dental Office Managers) and currently serves as the Vice President of Contemporary Dental Office Managers of Ohio. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Amy had thirteen years of experience as a medical assistant prior to opening the practice with her husband in 2010. She is dedicated to providing effective communication and high quality patient care. In her spare time, Amy enjoys shopping, horseback riding, and spoiling her two beloved dogs Leia Rose and Khaleesi.
